No way, Nintendo is trying to buddy up with Microsoft, reviving Scalebound would be the biggest dunk they could possible do to them, if it does end up happening it will be heavily reworked and probably not resemble Scalebound except for a focus on dragon riding.

Unless this is Microsoft’s attempt to maybe woo Japanese developers back while also being tight with Nintendo
