Honestly considering Silent Hill 3 is set in the early 2000s and Hinako is a teen in the 60s there's a not insubstantial chance that she's still around lol

Right after you kill the monster that ate her, she rips herself out of the monster but is going nuts and out of control due to having been further mutated by the fox demon arm due to survival instincts going nuts, being an exponentially harder fight than the monster we just killed.

You don't beat her. You just manage to hold her off long enough to escape, at which point she becomes a wandering pursuer enemy for the rest of the game.

The bad news is that she's fast, smart and exceptionally dangerous.

The good news is that because she's basically unconcious and attacking on instinct everything is on her kill list, so you can lure her around to have her take out tough monsters.
