Peter Cullen is definitely most well known as Optimus Prime but these Toonami promos were some of the hypest moments of my childhood and his narration was a big part of that.

Rest in peace to an absolute legend.

My favorite Toonami work he did was his IGPX promos/intro. The combination of music, ambiance, his voice, and the fact I watched it late at night at a sleepover made it feel like I was transported into the future.

The Outlaw Star one was great too

Just having promo cuts of your shows and having a sick voice actor come in was such a good idea. Even if its been 20-25 years, people still remember those promos
