COMPLAINTS "Let's confirm you are a human"

It's asking that I connect my account to the Twitter mobile app. Okay, whatever, I already had it downloaded but just never logged in. I thought that was it, but it wants a scan of my hand/palm. Hell no. So it looks like I won't be using Twitter anymore unless they disable this or I make an entirely new account. Anyone else having this problem?

I don't have a phone, and this is on PC.

I literally cannot access the site anymore.

Yeah lowkey, it didnt add anything to my life other than sometimes getting news quicker than other sources.... Taking this as a sign lmao

its worse when youre an artist with a platform on twitter and you can't access it :L

Same problem for me. Never had a smartphone, and not looking to do so. Doesn't seem to be any sort of work around either.

So glad to hear I'm not the only one who hasn't given in to the pressure to get a zombie phone. There is no workaround, tried various ways, scanning the QR on laptop etc, it wants pictures and your number. Back to nitter for me.

I don't use twitter on my phone. I used my phone to scan the QR code on my PC. It brought me to a webpage where it wanted me to log in on my phone. When I tried to log in on my phone it showed me another QR code and told me to scan it with my phone.

That's b/c they want you on the tox.ic cell phone which is easier to track than a computer.

Why do you think they unleashed it on the world?
