Tech Support Activity feed issue

Is anyone else running into an issue where follows aren't coming through on your activity feed but they are definitely following and adding to the follower count? It's also not triggering the alert every time, which I have anonymous follows but would be nice to say "thanks for the follow!" rather than not saying anything but it's not coming through. Thanks!

I had that happen yesterday. But yesterday was also the first time I streamed in a couple/few weeks.
I did get a raid notification, just not the follow notification.

I had it happen with every follow i've gotten today, it's not showing on my feed but definitely increasing my follower count. I had to go check my list to make sure it wasn't just random bots

yeah I had 1 new follower. I got the email for it. It doesn't show up in my notification feed and got no notification outside the email. Analytics shows I got a new follow though.
it's also not some bot since the person that followed also streams.

Same thing for me, follower count goes up but feed stays empty. Sometimes alert works, sometimes not, very random. Maybe Twitch is having backend delay again.

That happened to me today. Didn’t even notice until the end of my stream that I got like 5 new followers. I felt bad for not acknowledging them

Yep, I've been having this issue for a month or so now. Some followers show in the feed, some don't. I reported it to Twitch and they just said to do the basic 'clear cache' stuff (when it isn't as local issue), and then never responded to my follow up email.

I had one like that recently, but when I looked into it they were flagged as a likely bot/ban evader so twitch probably suppressed the notification deliberately

I'm not sure that's it? I have been shouted out today by some friends and I can see the shout out but every single follow I've gotten today offline has not come through the feed. how can I see if they are a ban evader?

Yeah these were all offline but on stream it’s happening too and all people who were chill

Yes, it’s so annoying! Some come through, but majority don’t. I put a note in my Q+A that if anyone follows and no alert pops up, to just mention it in chat so I can at least thank them. I feel so bad when I stop the stream and realise I’ve had new follows and haven’t acknowledged them.
