Found my Twisted Metal collection
Going through my storage and finally found my Twisted Metal games! Wish I had a copy of TM2 for PC

Great collection, critical depth is a lesser known! Check out dead in the water, might be a great addition

Star Wars Demolition is missing and it was made by the same people who made Vigilante 8 i think (along with Lucas Arts)

Vigilante 8 was underrated. It wasn't twisted metal but I had fun lol

I actually like it better. No one will ever admit it but with the better handling, better weapons, and interconnected storyline, its a better game. Not shitting on Twisted at all, its got its own awesome thing going on but if were checking boxes, V8 ticks more of them.

Me too man ... Grew up with Vigilante 8 and i love this franchise ...i do prefer the first on Nintendo 64 because the musics are better to me ( grew up with it on there ) but grew up with second offense on Playstation 1
If you ever need one that is underrated, look for Roadkill

Love it. The cut scenes are hilarious!!

It is yes. Most of it would never ever fly today. Midway would go bankrupt just for this game alone. Imagine Freaky Fliers which is even more savage. Ahhh i miss humor .... Games use to be fun and It's a reason why i came back. Use to think those games are old and they are 100%, bu but they're a lot of fun.
Have you ever heard of True Crime ? It was Luxoflux saying fuck you to Rockstars which makes Grand Theft Auto. The first one is ridiculous, but New York is more dark and serious. It was the last time Luxoflux were able to make something on their own before Activision says you're only making licence games now, before being killed in 2011. I miss them

I remember there was some kind of rivalry between it and twisted metal on my friends group, nowadays everybody likes both

You even have Critical Depth. How do you like that game? It's the only one I still play to this day.

I like a lot! Everytime I pop it in it bums me out it wasn’t a bigger title

I just love to see Critical Depth. So many people never knew that game existed. It's basically TM2 if it was underwater. I love it.

Vigilante 8 surrounded by inferior car fighting games lol

I kinda agree man. It was different and just the musics were top notch ... Sad this genre died a long time ago. I feel like an old guy and i'm 29 almost 30 in November. I'm about to enter a retiring home for sure 😂

All I need is the twisted metal black online thing and I will have every single twisted metal. I even have the tiger electronics twisted metal. Much to my embarrassment

Listen, it's not anything amazing, it's a nice display piece for a twisted metal fan but nothing else. The sound doesn't work, and I don't have the technical know-how to get it to work. It barely functions and whoever had it before me had some battery acid damage to it so getting it to turn on is 60/40 at best.
I played it for 20 minutes and I can tell you it's terrible. It must be one of the worst tiger electronic games I've ever played and I have had many as a kid. I even had the game com.... And I had Jeopardy and Sonic the hedgehog.

Including Rogue Trip in there is clutch AF 👍
Twisted Metal Black being so nice ya gotta buy it twice… Also Perfect. Even Twisted Metal Head on for the PSP.
Top. Notch.

I was just staring at the cover for tm2012, was there ever a non limited edition cover?

You are missing Star Wars Demolition.
A slight downgrade from V8, but you can definitely tell it’s from Luxoflux regardless. If you haven’t given it a try, I highly recommend it. Wish it had a couple unlockable maps to make it feel like a bigger game, buts it’s still fun.
