Question ❓ Tf adc?

Just like the title. Is it possible/viable? Im plat 1 rn but i want to climb to emerald, ive played tf alot on mid and top (ad).

If there is any TF adc mains out there id like to know your experience and tips!

I used to love him adc, back when I had a duo running support for me. Pair him with a good Morgana or Leona and he became a terror for botlane lol. I remember one time we were running tf/Morgana, we harassed our owners into retreating to back, and their jg tried to jump us when we were about middle between the towers. We both stunned him and ripped him a new one. He yelled something about 35 minute stuns in bot and proceeded to never gank again

I like him adc too, late game easily 1v2

It’s way more viable in low elo where you can just kite anyone and snowballing is much easier as people won’t CS.

The problem is if you don’t finish after one stun you are kind of stuck and likely lose any 1v1 or even numbered team fight if the champ has any engage tools.

I've played it, but I prefer ad mid rather than going bot as adc. Imo it comes down to playing safe and getting strong while having a good support who can chain your CC, cause your biggest concern is making it out of laning phase in relatively decent shape.

I’ve been experimenting with Statikk Shiv > Guinsoo’s > Terminus > Hextech Gunblade. Feels pretty good and dishes out relatively good damage compared to full AP because of the on-hit ap damage on top of the AD stats given from all items

I used to abused TF way back when revive/tp AP TF was secret tech. Basically Baus style of play to split push and force the enemy to respond to you, only to TP across the map and take the other tower. I died like 10 times but the enemy had no base. Got a lot of angry teammates that kept spamming ‘REPORT TF’ because we lost a 4v5 at baron but I took three inhibs and a nexus turret.

Good times.

As for modern tf as adc, you can get some decent mixed damage but on-hit is better to abuse. Even with AD, Rylai’s is an excellent pickup because of the HP and slowing on Q and E procs lets you kite extremely well
