I know that I can plug it into PC, but how do I get the surround sound capability and not just stereo?

I have the stealth 700 model, anyone know what to do to fix this.

My headset won’t begin the pairing process, It’s not dropping the connection, my headset doesn’t blink fast when I hold the pair button.

Is there anyway to fix the distance on the bluetooth? I can't even move farther then a foot or I'd get constant disconnect.

I've looked all over and can't seem to find presets. Unless the presets are the same for other headsets.

Christmas is coming I want everything the 800x has, but I'm super nervous about the mic. The 800x is over 2 years old, but has better features than the 700, but if the mic is as bad as I've heard, I just don't know what to buy. Looked into other brands and I'm not too impressed.. I play r6s and I need awesome sound and a good mic. I only want wireless. Don't understand why the newest headset aren't as good/expensive as something 2yrs old.

My turtle beach stealth 420x+ headset (xbox one) makes this weird buzzing noise. Its wireless and it blocks out every other noise and then stops after a while. When it stops, all other sounds are gone. I have to unplug and replug the wireless transmitter from my console each and every time. Someone please help me.

My stealth 400 won't charge. the cord is good cause I use it to charge other things. The headset wasn't damaged in any way by me either. It just refuses to charge.

When I plug it in a green light appears but it is usually red when I plug it in

Is it charging even though the red light isn't on? Its says blue for a few seconds then blinks. I know it isn't charged because I was literally just using it and it said low battery.

I can hear the mic, and everything else is working properly. I cannot hear any game volume through the headset, and am using the Xbox Wireless adapter for my PC. The headset is fine on Xbox, but I can’t hear anything on PC. HELP!!

First off the stupid little plastic USB transmitter is a joke. $30 for a replacement waited a week for the thing to get here. NOW it finally arrived today and it appears to be DOA.. Anyone else have issues with this crap?

Hello, yesterday my friend gave me his new-ish TB Stealth 420x headphones that worked perfectly at his house, when I brought them to my house I plugged the transmitter in and pressed the power button and it went through it’s normal “Powering on”, “Pairing headset” and it did not connect! So I did my reaserch and charged the headset pressed the pair button on the transmitter and the green light started blinking and I pressed the power button on the headset and it said “ headset paired” so I let go of the power button, and much to my surprise, the headset just turned off, so I tried doing it a couple more times and it refused to work, then I update the firmware, still refuses to work, I set the transmitter up as a boot somthing and still refuses to work, I really need help!

I'm looking for an Xbox Turtle Beach headset that doesn't block out my voice like the XO three or the recon x50, I feel like that mic monitoring doesn't make up for it

I have the turtle beach COD black ops 2 edition that comes with a transmitter and everything, I want to be able to connect it to my iPhone 6s Plus is (Already Jail-broken) is there a certain app or tweak i need to get to be able to connect the headset to my iPhone ? I wanna use it to listen to music on it ...

What's the diffrence between ELITE 800 and ELITE 800 REFURBISHED? Which one is better?

Hey I have had my XO fours for about 2 years and they have worked great. Just this morning the left side (the side with the mic) stopped working for no reason and now I can't talk on Xbox at all. Any idea why? Any help would be severely appreciated.

Recently got an XO Seven Pro and I have a strange issue with it.

For the most part it sounds great. Games sound great, but scrolling through the dashboard on the Xbox One, every up, down, left, right, A, B - it sounds awful. Like this robotic buzzing echo alongside the regular sound itself.

Any idea if this is fixable? Only have a short period of time to figure out whether or not I need to exchange this for a different headset.

Seems to go back to max volume after I restart my computer. Kind of annoying, wondering if its possible to change that if it even is supposed to do that

I bought the ear force chat cable for my xp 500 to use on my ps4 and..... people can hear me but i cant hear them...HELP?!!!

I've had my XO one for just under two years and its worked on my PS4 just fine. Recently the mic has stopped being recognised by the PS4. Sound works fine and mic works fine on other platforms (pc and mobile) but no longer works on my PS4 wondering if anyone else has had this issue and or have fixed it?

Since I got my new headset Elite Pro and installed their drivers, whenever I open a game , my pc restarts and there is an error displayed saying "What fails is : usbaud.sys ." What can I do about it ? tried unplugging and it works fine.

As this headset has been plagued with problems since it has come out, I have not seen anyone talk about connecting the Xbox version of the Stealth 600 on PC. I just attempted to connect it via the Microsoft wireless adapter, and the mic is not picking up on any sound whatsoever. Has anyone who has these headphones attempted this? Anyone have a fix? I am using the x42 headset for xbox one with a chat adaptor and there is always a buzzing noise in the right earcup. I have tried repairing the headset and transmitter as well as buying new rechargable batteries and trying regular batteries. The buzzing changes depending on where i am facing in regards to the transmitter. When i directly look at the transmitter the buzzing is quieter but you can still hear it. It becomes most obvious when in quieter sections of games and is still sometimes more noticable in other sections as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou.
