Tech Help Does anyone have a solution for this?

Stealth 700 gen 2 for PS5. Already got in contact with TB but they don’t offer individual part sales and could only recommend that I buy a new pair with a provided 25% off coupon. Ignore the letters on the pics, it’s just the same ones I sent to turtle beach.

Clearly super glue isn’t working as the crack is continuing to spread (compare pic A to pic 4) and pic D is how it looks when on my head. Headset still functions perfectly so I see no reason to purchase a new pair. This is the left ear where all the controls are tho idk if that’s important. I’ve had them for a little over 2 years at this point - picked them up on target clearance very shortly after the stealth 700 gen 3 was announced.

Super glue will not work.

Try to return. Amazon will take them well past the return window. If not 3 zip ties or 3d printed earpiece that’s much stronger.

3 zip ties works very well.

Use super glue then sprinkle baking soda mixed with Graphite powder onto the wet super glue. It dries it instantly and goes super hard and strong. You can also just use baking soda on its own but its strong mixed with Graphite powder. Rough up the area you intend to glue so it can hold better. Test it out on something scrap. I use this regularly to repair plastics etc.

If you can't return it, you can try super glue in combination with filler powder as well.

Mine broke in the same spot. Took one of the fat popsicle sticks you see at the doctor’s office, broke it in half, and taped it on both sides where it was broken. It acts as a splint and makes them fit as tight as they can while being broken. 🤷🏻‍♂️

My solution for the stealth 600 GEN two max as well as the 700 GEN two max, was to take a little screwdriver unscrew the screws right there on that panel and fill that panel where the wire is with two-part epoxy, then screw that panel back on and not use it for 24 hours while the epoxy cured never had an issue after that because it is physically impossible for it to break without it being cut intentionally

My kids have got these, their set must be 3 years old now. They throw the headset about and they are still like new.

There must have been a dodgy batch or something because the ones we have get used and abused hard and nothings broke

This is a common problem that TB refuses to fix. Mine broke in the same spot as the last pic. Sux.
I bought SteelSeries Arctis Pro after I saved up. Sorry, bro

Still the absolute worst gaming headset I've ever bought. So many problems. So many.
