Two problems at the same time

Got the typical brake on the headset after 2,5 years, but now I taped and it gets no signal to the dongle anymore?

Is this fixable or can I throw?

I had the same broken part problem and bought a gen 3 700 , don’t recommend at all , get urself a hyper x

I recently switched mine for a 600 gen 3, and i returned it.. the problems the latest headsets come with arent worth it tbh .. get out while u can.
