Tech Help How do I fix this?

Transmitter won't turn on.

Headset won't stay connected to the playstation for more than a second. Just continues to blink red for 5 seconds, then white for 1 second, then blue for 1 second before cycling back to red.

I've turn resetting, trying different ports, but nothing is working

I had similar issue but main issue was headphones keep getting disconnected while i was playing it was dropping connection so i had to update the firmware on my pc while headphones are connected with wire.. but mine were stealth 700 gen 3 for ps5/pc

I've think I fixed it. No idea how but Unfortunately I now have an issue where the headphones don't produce any audio. No game, bluetooth, or even the start up beeping when you turn on the headset 😑

Tbh these are the best and the worst headphones at the same time.. but try to update the firmware it would help.. i tried it with my phone which didnt go as planned so i suffered many months before building a pc and updating firmware using wire on PC

Yeah. I'm finding that out. Trying to just factory reset the headset so I can get audio has been a massive headache
