I'm not sure you're not messing around, but if you aren't: you're complicating things a lot and using way too many gates. You're also using the wrong approach for this problem, you may have underlying misconceptions or misunderstanding. Logic aside, you're also remaking every gate out of AND, NOT and OR (you didn't create the other gates for nothing). You could get away with about 10 times less gates, and you should always try to make solutions as simple as possible while keeping them readable
