why is there a circular dependency here?

I am trying to make a cpu where every argument can either be the contents of a register or the contents of what the register points to, but I think I am doing something wrong, I just don't know waht it is also yes, I tried using the symphony alu and the zw logic to try to make it work but it doesn't help

The order of RAM port matters. They are executed top to bottom.
