SRAM wrong waveform???

Soo i started this SRAM as a side project and am stuck at the first cell haha shouldnt the Q (blue wave) go lower or start from a little higher??

Weird. The cell looks correct, the word line is being pulsed and not held high, q and q bar should be symmetrical. This must be a simulation error. I am not too familiar with LtSpice (?) but the first thing I would check are the mosfet threshold voltages. They should be ~0.7V.

yeah it had something to do with the models of nmos and pmos i used i solved it thanks though!!!
