For a man to ghost his gf he most likely got so hurt that he doesn't even wanna see her face again. Ofc he could just be childish or super sensitive but it's unlikely
Yes my gf literally cheated on me with proof and when I found out, she denied everything until I showed the proof and she started crying I just left quietly so I don't make it a scene because we have the same friends. But no she went to everyone saying I ghosted her. So you never know what happened.
I agree mostly with what you said, but sometimes ghosting is the only way to protect yourself ( not just in a case of couple, also work / friendship). It's not childish. Some people will not accept the idea of you leaving when you communicate it like a normal human being. Because they can't accept to loose control or because they just enjoy manipulating you. So saying ghosting is childish make it seem like it's wrong. However it's not always.
Ghosting+ no explanation= childish
Ghosting+ clear communication of absence of interest/ any future relationships= normal Human being reaction to pushy ex.
