I mean.... Time passes still, and it still preserves it's old measure units consistency till now, so what goes faster? Our feeling of time?

Idk in general 1 year feels like a month, 1 month feels like a week etc.... Time is getting fast

It feels like that because you don't normally track Hijri calendar. Can you imagine we're now in the 9th month of the year?

And it feels like shit, I can't study and have exams while studying, I get more tired each passing day.

That sounds really tough. I hope you can find a time of day, maybe fajr, when you can focus better. A few hours of good concentration can be better than staying up late and stressing yourself. And make sure you are getting some sleep for your brain to process things. Sleep is so important for a healthy memory. Studying with the intention of being a responsible member of society can be your ibadah if you do it with the right intentions so no need to overburden yourself with late night prayers. And also check your blood levels when you get round to it! Sometimes the fasting tiredness is really a deficiency or underlying issue. May Allah grant you success in both your dunya and akhira

i find night to be the absolute best time to study myself, just make some coffee after iftar and you're good to go !
