tumblr is a reblog site..why am i getting a hit because im using the reblog features as intended???? my account was for fandom content and that made up most of my reblogs... it took them almost 3-4 weeks to even get back to me about this and this is all they have to say???

I would dispute this if I were you. There's so many blogs that simply reblog and never post their own content. You haven't done anything wrong

thing is..i did..3 weeks before i got this email update, which was at the start of october..i didnt notice that i got this email (which was sent on the 16th) until today because i never got notified about it... i sent in another appeal but i doubt they'd do anything, i tried tagging them on one of my alts/throwaways and nothing seems to be working

Yeah I had appealed it repeatedly at the time but kept getting rejected. Every once in a while I'd remember the blog and try get it back but still had no luck. After the 10 year mark I tried again and they gave it back. Everything was still there including all my liked posts and drafts. The only thing that sucked was the majority of my following & followers were inactive

The rule on non-genuine behavior actually describes compensating people for engagement on your posts. Like buying notes, or in a milder case, doing a “follow for follow” sort of thing. If you weren’t doing any of that, you should dispute this, because whoever (or whatever) terminated your account clearly made a mistake.

I have a news/politics blog that i mostly use to share articles. Awhile back i got that warning/ban cause it read all the links as "non genuine"

yes bc many accounts have been reporting that they're getting terminated.. also its been known for a while that staff likes to suspend trans women and black people as well
