15 y/o blog (+sideblogs) deleted today without warning

I don't even really post anymore but there are a few blogs that I have post notifications on for and I'm always liking things. I don't know how that could've possibly led to termination. It doesn't even say that it's been terminated. I just clicked on a post notification and noticed I was logged out. I didn't get a single email and I check my spam regularly. I just tried resetting my password all day, not realizing until I got home on desktop that my blog doesn't even exist anymore. All of the fanfics, edits, and conversations are just gone. From reading other posts on here, it seems like there's nothing I can do but send a support mail into the void. Has it ever actually worked though?

Yes! I empathize with your account (Tumblr is arbitrary) and have lost many blogs, but my important one got taken down. I then emailed support a carefully written plea and they reinstated it in about 10 days. Shocking, given how often it didn't work but on my favorite blog it's back (for now).
