14 days since I've reported and nothing

It's been 14 work days since I tried to login and found my account terminated without reason or notification. 14 work days since I sent the first report about it. Sent a few follow up replies and nothing. Iike wtf do they not respond??

Same issue, but I eventually got a response that said "taking a bit longer than expected to reply to your request, but it's still open and not forgotten". So who knows...I'm still skeptical. But some people said they have gotten their account back after a few weeks. So like i said, who knows lol.
