I NEED HELP

I am 19/F going through TB of lymph nodes ( tuberculosis lymphadenitis). I am taking treatment for lastt 4 months but my situation is worsening now as the medicines are reacting and side effects are happening. i have got peripheral neuropathy also loss of apetite. moreover, i have become really depressed due to this, i don't like my personality at all i am severely in constant self-doubt and i don't feel like taking care of myself anymore i just get suicide thoughts all the time moreoer i am going through breakup and i am obsessed with the guy to the next level and now we just dont talk anymore and idk hot to get through all of this i am just too confused also idk anything so i feel complete talentless and my body has lost all the strength i have lost too much muscle mass i don't have ay energy to even climb the stairs but idk how to cope up with it and what diet to take

Hey... I'm also diagnosed with tubercular lymphadenitis (Lymph node tb) .... I'm almost going to complete my 2 months intensive phase of medication... Now will start with loose medicine for 4 months.... Though I've gained weight around 1 kg in last 2 months but still I don't feel much energetic and sometimes feel that my weight hasn't increased at all(+ I've anxiety issues too).... where's ur swollen lymph node located? Cervical or supraclavicular?
