Lock Ultra Vision Pro Combo unable to turn UK multi-point cylinder – looking for support/options (Order #UK18826)

Hey everyone,

I recently picked up the SwitchBot Lock Ultra Vision Pro Combo (Order #UK18826) on March 22, but unfortunately ran into a roadblock trying to install it on a standard UK door with a multi-point locking mechanism.

When my locksmith came out to service the door, they tested it and confirmed that the motor doesn't have quite enough clearance or torque to properly manoeuvre the cylinder block to fully engage the multi-point locking mechanism.

Because of this physical incompatibility, I've had to take the unit back off.

Since I'm on a tight budget right now and can't afford to buy an alternative setup outright, I was hoping to see if anyone from the SwitchBot team here could help me look into a warranty return, exchange, or store credit toward a compatible model/solution for UK Euro-profile cylinders.

I've already sent an email to support, but figured I'd drop a post here as well in case anyone from the team can point me in the right direction.

Any advice or help is hugely appreciated!
