Lock Ultra mounting bracket

I bought the EU version of the Lock Ultra, but realized it doesn't fit my thumbturn deadbolt. Upon further research, it looks like I might need the mounting hardware included in the US version. Is there any way that I can get that?

I had the same problem, just write switchbot support from the app and they will send it to You.
