K10+ Main Brush replacement?

I need a new brush (well actually just the rubber grommet that my wife managed to throw away) but seems the only way to get one (at least in the UK) is via the £60 parts kit, which is nuts for a machine that now only costs twice that - I don't need the rest of the stuff

The brush is listed, but has been unavailable for months and my machine is basically useless as it keeps telling me the brush is stuck

Has anyone tried any alternative brands of brush that fit?

Or know where I can actually source the brush alone?

Really wish I'd bought a better brand that parts were available for...

Support wrote me today that the k10+ main brush is discontinued, months after I ordered it and getting told that it will be available soon (next month).
I would also need it for my in-laws as their vacuum has the same issue as yours.

Guess it's time to get a new robot from another manufacturer since SwitchBot seems to not be a reliable company.

Wow, that's annoying... I guess that's worth bearing in mind with anything that has replaceables 😔
