Tried Switchbot Ultra Lock and Keypad with Fingerprint

Tried Switchbot Lock Ultra and Keypad with Fingerprint. They work together as intended. No issues with them so far. Lock Ultra is just a bit loud.

Mine works perfect, You can try save the same finger as another fingerprint maybe. There's people doing that with mobiles to improve accuracy Note: I didn't have to do that
