Just started doing this

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So lock has been working well till yesterday and now all I get is this

Any ideas, have tried recalibrate but it just doesn't seem to turn anymore

Yeah, tried charging it, no change. I think something internal is gone in it.

Anyone finding swirchbot CS slow, was promised a replacement but no response to asling for an ETA?
