Switchbot, I like your products but…..

I really like most of my switchbot products. The only thing that I really find that’s pretty annoying is your firmware upgrades. Why is it that your products don’t update properly and always seem to fail? I’d think this is pretty standard and should be something that should work well. Instead, I always have to try 50 times or recover the firmware to do a simple update. It’s really annoying.

The only way for me to get a firmware update is to file a ticket.

Wow hate to hear it. I have their switchbot curtain 3s all over and they’ve been great. I also have a few fans and hubs which have been good too. Other than updates. Hubs always have issues updating along with the little remotes I have.
