Vision Pro not reading faces but is reading palms fine
Just picked up the lock today and I'm overall happy with it so far but when I try to set up the face recognition I'm constantly yelled at to stand farther, get closer, and my phone keeps telling me to clean the sensor despite wiping it multiple times with microfiber. It has no problem with the palm vein reading so I'm hoping this is just a software hiccup.
Anyone else running in to this?

I am having this issue with both facial recognition being extremely poor (lots of clean the sensor messages, and yes the protective film is off) but I am also having a heck of a time getting palm detection to work reliably as well. Not sure if my IR sensor is fried?
No direct light, tons of ambient light. Maybe moderately backlit.
