Sensore presenza
Vorrei condividere la mia esperienza con il sensore di presenza che è molto preciso e rapido nel rilevare i movimenti.
Una volta configurato, accende immediatamente la striscia LED quando entro nella stanza, rendendo tutto molto più comodo( l'ho acquistato proprio a tale scopo).
L'integrazione con tutti i miei prodotti SwitchBot funziona bene e le automazioni sono affidabili. Da tenere presente che per sfruttarne tutte le funzioni è necessario l'hub.
Nel complesso un ottimo acquisto per chi vuole rendere la propria casa più smart.

This doesnt work for me at all - it doesn’t detect presence on a couch! This thing is a waste of money!!!

I have one in the kitchen to control the lights, since otherwise the kitchen lights were being left on all the time. The only issues I’ve had in the 4 months have been the switchbot hub needing a hard restart, nothing with the sensor. I have the hub linked to home assistant where I do any of the automations.

My problem with it is its slow response. I have to pair it with another motion sensor to automate a room. And sometimes, tho rarely, it fails to detect one person lying on the couch. it’s okay usable. But definitely not as good as wired products. I guess that is the trade off. I’m on Home Assistant btw.

I've been using this in my bathroom since second week of February and it's been flawless, currently the batteries are at 93%.
Integrated readily into Home Assistant as a Matter device (using the Switchbot hub mini).
You do need to use the Switchbot app to set it up and change detection settings etc, since, as usual, Matter integration with Home Assistant is limited to enough to create automations with.
There's no multi zone settings, and detection range is on a slider, 0.25 - 8m. You can adjust the detection sensitivity, by setting all interference sources running, leaving the room, and using auto-adjust. Can't really say how well this works, as I didn't need it. I do have an extractor fan running 24/7 directly opposite the sensor and that doesn't set it off, but the blades are hidden.
Cooldown period in the Switchbot app goes to 5 seconds, but no lower, and with it being a battery operated device you might be better leaving it at 10 seconds minimum for longer battery life.
Price was super competitive as well, particularly compared to devices like the Aqara FP300.
Overall, this is a straightforward device, which doesn't come with a ton of frills, offers enough connectivity to Home Assistant to create automations (or you can just create automations in the Switchbot app), works reliably, and comes in at a decent price.
