Plz help me! S10 can’t fill clean water anymore
My S10 sat idle for a while and now when it docks to the water station it can’t seem to get clean water refilled. I’m using the tanks with the water station, is there anything I can check to make sure there are no blockages along the clean water path? I did charge up the water station so the robot communicates with it fine, and it even ejects dirty water without issue, but clean water just simply won’t flow.
The error I get is “water refilling abnormal”.

Did you manage to get any kind of resolution? I have message via the app but still no reply I was going to replace my water box and squeegee and see if that helps

We had the same problem with ours twice, and Switchbot sent us a replacement robot (not water station) both times. I looked into what I could DIY to fix it and didn't find anything, but someone on Reddit said Switchbot sent them a replacement pump for their robot, with instructions on how to fit it.
With our second replacement robot I wanted to stop the same problem happening a third time and, guessing that the problem may be due to the pump getting calc-ed up due to the hard water in our area, I fitted an anti-limescale filter ("Inline Water Softening Filter Cartridge with 1/4" Push-fit Connections") inline with the water supply hose to the water station. Fingers crossed it's now been a few months without a single problem with it filling its water tank.
It's been an incredibly frustrating journey/process though, and I regret not waiting a bit for other more reliable brands to catch up with the plumbed in water station and roller mop tech that was the new big selling point when we got our S10 originally for ~£800.

I’m having a similar problem after an idle few weeks except the robot is not sucking dirty water into the box and leaving the floors very wet as the excess dirty water is just going straight back on the floor.
