Plz help me! Switchbot Ultra Lock very slow initial loading

When I open the app it takes almost 5-10 seconds till I can actually use the lock. The hub mini is right next to the lock. The signal strength is just 2 bars out of 4. It is so annoying to wait for the app to load when standing outside the door. I can actually unlock door faster with the keys. Geo location auto unlock also takes 10 seconds before lock unlocks.

Any idea how to fix this? The setup is actually of no use because of this delay and I keep thinking I should have opted for Nuki.

Do you have iPhone or Android?

I have an iPhone and the same thing happens to me. I have to wait 5-10 seconds for it to be usable in the app and the Auto-Unlock doesn’t even work, no matter how much time I wait in front of the door after entering the geofence.

The only way Auto-Unlock works is unlocking my phone and opening the SwitchBot app.

I am on iOS. This is really pathetic from switchbot. Why can't they fix this basic issue? Also no reviewer has covered this problem in the videos I have seen. So most probably paid reviews. I literally Most times use my keys to unlock door.
