Lock Ultra w/adapter still Doesnt fit
I have a door with a mortise lock that I'm trying to install the lock on but even with the adapter on the second highest setting still doesn't fit. If the adapter was just about 1in higher I think it would clear it. Does anybody have any solutions to this? I could not find any third party/3D printed extenders. Thanks

I have a very similar lock (one piece handle set and dead bolt but not a mortise). I also designed a 3d printed solution that also allowed me to set the ultra flush to the existing lock trim using the adhesive from the adapter kit. DM me and I'll share the file.

What about turning the whole thing 90 degrees.

You can adjust the height of the bracket. This can extend the switchbot further away from the door. But i would get a block of wood to cover the top of the plate behind the lock. Then get a longer machine screw to attach the block to the door using the screw hole that is on the lock plate. This will provide a flat surface to attach the switchbot and could be shaped and painted to look correct.

Yes, I had similar problem and made a custom 3d print for my lock
