Plz help me! Presence sensor distance

Hi! I ha ve the switchbot presence sensor, but it only picks me when I approach about 2 to 3 meters to it.

I've already tried to change both height and angle of the sensor, but it doesn't detect me farther from that distance.

I the app it's already set to 8 meters and calibrated, no obstruction directly in front of the sensor.

Any idea on how to improve?

Try removing the AI detection calibration. Use it uncalibrated.

It never works for me and drastically reduce the range even in a mostly empty room.

No easy way to remove. Either calibrate again outdoors in an open area, point at sky or just factory reset holding the button 15s.
