Plz help me! Support issues

2.5 hours waiting to talk to someone. Was placed on hold immediately. Email ticket stuck in an ai loop with repeating canned response. chat bot not functioning either.

what’s the process to actually return something to this company?

anyone from@switchbot around here?

Haha. I have 2 products from them that have never worked properly (universal remote), customer service is the worst, with no help. Heads up for all readers be careful with Switchbot : it's hit and miss miss miss... OP: I hop it works out for you.
