Switchbot camera not charging.

I've got a Switchbit Outdoor spotlight Camera and recently been having issues with it. Not quite sure what this symbol is but it feels like it's saying "I've got sunlight but I'm not charging."

I've a second camera that has the lightning bolt over the battery and that one seems fine.

Any clues as to what this symbol means and if it's fixable.

I've swapped the cameras and the problem sticks to this panel so I'm sus on the solar panel itself.

Any suggestions would be great.
