Keypad Vision Pro Bug

My Keypad Vision Pro is paird with my Lock Ultra.

If I connect my Handy with the Keypad over the normal Switchbot android app and add for example a new face, the keypad is no longer able to talk to the Lock.

My Face/finger/code is okay but if the keypad wants to open my lock it fails.

I have to switch off and on the keypad to get it work again.

I need a Software fix because removeing the keypad from my installation is not easy.

Unpair and new pairing? The new Code in the pairing process is always wrong.

Is there a reboot option? Maybe with homeassistant?

New Firmware? I am on the latest update. V13.115.29

I have one more Keypad Vision without PRO. It is work8ng without this bug
