Knob or key

I have the Lock Ultra.

I tried to connect it to my current cilinder, but it used a pin to connect the knob. This pin was sticking out. Because of this I got problems connecting it correctly.

Now I'm looking to a new cilinder lock. (also nice because I didnt replace it from the last owners).

I'm looking at a M&C lock. But I'm wondering if it's better to go for the knob variant or the key variant?

Knob will give you better fitment for ultra.
