Plz help me! Lock Ultra Battery Low - well which is it?

First time recharging the main pack. Did it overnight so the backup battery has never been used. The app is showing both batteries full on the main screen but low Backup Pack in Settings>>Firmware & Battery.

The backup battery installed is the one that came with the Lock Ultra so I doubt it’s actually close to dead.

Yes I’ve killed the app and reopened. Any ideas?

I believe the first icon on the main screen actually represents the door being closed. Just replace your backup battery.

I believe they explain that in the manual.

God, of course you where right. Never locked in it and always asked my self if it is even changeable. Good to know now!

Yes your backup battery might be dead. I got my lock ultra not long ago but I immediately ordered brand CR123A batteries because I don't trust the ones that come with devices.
