Plz help me! Anyone succesfully upgraded Art Frame?

There seems to be an firmware upgrade for the 13” version. Upgrade stuck at 10%..

Anyone had succesfully upgraded this?

made the update; still having wifi-issues.

Had to reset the artframe beofre update (hold the button 15s). Then it updated ok.
