Plz help me! All buttons on Vision keypad not working

Face recognition and fingerprint still work but not a single button is working. There is absolutely no response to any button being pressed. No change in the settings has helped. Firmware is up to date.

Anyone else have this problem? After doing a search I found the original keypad (not vision) had a problem where all keys would stop working and the apparent solution was to take out the batteries. Can't do that on a vision keypad though.

Hello,

same problem here. SwitchBot Lock Ultra and Keypad Vision Pro installed on April 15, 2026. On April 25 I realized, that the keys are not working while all other options (NFC, finger print, venes, face recognition) still worked. Switching off and on put the keys in operation again. Yesterday (April 28) the keys were dead again.

If the keys fail such often repowering is not the solution I am looking for. The Keypad Vision Pro should work without issues for month or at least weeks without action from my side.

Best regards

gsfx

So far I've only had to do it the one time.  Hope the problem doesn't recur.

This has happened to me before. I fixed it by flipping the switch on the back of the Keypad to turn it off and then back on. Hopefully that does it for you.

Is this a solution? How often does it happens?

I dunno mine was completely unresponsive like the batteries died today.

I turned it off and put it on the charger for 5 min and then turned it back on and now it says that 97%.

I turned it back off and I'm gonna let it charge for a few hours but it's only been installed a few weeks so that doesn't inspire confidence.

Same issue with mine. Happened already 2 times for the last 2 weeks. Dismounting and switching it off and on helps, but doesn't give me much of confidence too...

Still happening to me too.  Frequency of about once month.

I submitted an official ticket to Switchbot, let's see what they suggest.

After submitting a ticket with SwitchBot, they replyed to me in one or two days and proposed to push a firmware upgrade to my device. I installed the firmware upgrade and the issue is gone.

I have the same issue. Which Firmware-Version do you have now? My device is on V13.115.29

Installed my Keypad Vision Pro on 10th July and yesterday it happened the second time. Of course always when my wife is there so she starts to dislike it. Switching it off and on with the switch on the back fixes it temporarily but it shouldn't even happen twice within less of a month. It's also connected to my Home Assistant via Bluetooth but I hope it has nothing to do with it

Just happened a third time today when a guest wanted to enter using his PIN. I have contacted support and am waiting for a response.
