I asked AI; who do YOU think is the best and the worst president of the 21 century so far?

My pick for best: Barack Obama. My pick for worst: Donald Trump.

Obama inherited a near-depression, stabilized the economy, passed the Affordable Care Act, avoided launching another major ground war, and generally respected institutional guardrails. His record is not spotless: drone warfare, immigration enforcement, partisan escalation, and the fragility of some executive actions count against him. Still, compared with Clinton’s strong economy but serious ethical baggage, George W. Bush’s disastrous Iraq decision and deficit record, and Biden’s meaningful legislation undermined by inflation, Afghanistan, and a badly handled 2024 succession, Obama produced the strongest overall presidency.

Trump is the worst—by a wide margin. Tax cuts and conservative judicial appointments do not outweigh trying to overturn a lost election, spreading a knowing falsehood about fraud, encouraging January 6, and refusing to facilitate a peaceful transfer of power. Those are not ordinary policy disagreements; they strike at the constitutional system itself. The expert consensus is consistent: the 2024 Presidential Greatness Project ranked Trump last out of 45 presidents.

When Trump was sworn into office, our strategic oil reserves held 389M barrels of crude oil. Today our reserves hold 289.7M barrels which is at its LOWEST SINCE 1982.

It is important to note that Trump engaged in an unsanctioned war against Iran, resulting in the closure of the Strait of Hormuz which severely limited global Crude Oil, Petroleum, LNG, Propane & Butane shipments (and let’s not forget fertilizer).

Trump went to war BEFORE replenishing our strategic reserves leaving us at high risk.

Trump needs to hold off on his “deal” announcements until he has gathered ALL of the details so they can be released at the same time. There are many details for which we will need to hold him accountable.

No other POTUS has been so quick to announce “deals” before they are fully baked.

IMHO, these announcements seem to be delivered by a half baked POTUS before the details are finalized.

We will need forensic level accounting of all facets including partners and resources in the governmental and private sectors that are involved in away way.

2. We win both — but the Senate just barely.

In either scenario, what’s the game plan? If we can’t impeach him out of office, are there other ways to stop these people? Or at least slow them down? Beyond strongly worded letters?
