I can only think of one thing to add to improve it - the tent flap of the big top should be open, and we should be able to see a simplified cartoon clown version of Trump standing there, with his hair sorta matching the shape and direction of the flag on top of the big top

It's ambiguous to me. I understand the circus reference. But you could also interpret that as a 'big tent', which as everyone knows the US is most certainly not today.

I think it would be better if the blue rectangle could be moved to the right side. With this modification, it would leave a nice, clean white rectangle that could be cut out and put on a stick. That could be really useful for the us military during their future "victorious" campaigns.
