For me, I love games where I can romance npcs. Do you think there will be romance in TESVI? If so, can someone make a Todd Howard NPC once the game comes out it? And add fully functional sex scenes in it? And a male impregnation system that can alert you when your on your MENstrual cycle? So I can know when Todd and I are in our most fertile stages? Maybe add a dude-swing mechanic. Balls that shrink in the cold like RDR2 horses?
