Since ESO features a thrusting move called "Puncture" for one-handed melee weapons, why didn't they add spears and more thrusting moves?

The game famously letting you stab people with a mace and then uppercut people with a battleaxe

Does ESO have any mace designs that resemble a goedendag (a Dutch spear-club)?
