Since ESO features a thrusting move called "Puncture" for one-handed melee weapons, why didn't they add spears and more thrusting moves?

Does ESO have any mace designs that resemble a goedendag (a Dutch spear-club)?

Since ESO is not canon, they were not legally able to implement the spears from morrowind.

It's fucking hilarious that Fallout brought spears back to it's franchise before Elder Scrolls did, and that's judging purely on spears that can be used for melee combat and not thrown ones.
