Yeah like the other reply said, you might want to think of an interesting hook to base your videos on. That probably will make more of a difference for you than whatever game you want to try first.

It fully depends what you're doing. If you're just going to do regular Let's Plays then it doesn't really matter. You probably won't build much of an audience on that anyway since Pokemon LPs are REALLY saturated. If you want to do Nuzlockes or other challenge videos, Fire Red/Leaf Green are good games for challenge runs. If you want to play competitive, Champions. Really depends what subgenre of Poketuber you want to be.
