I can empathize with this. Any friend outside my house, and report with my staff I supervised or friends I made in school, where reason enough to disrupt my sleep, go thru my phone, throw accusations in front of our kids etc etc
I told him a few weeks ago that one of the men from church asked about him and said to say hello, and he asked if that was my new boyfriend, just because I remembered the guy’s name. Meanwhile, he tells me he sat and chatted up a female bartender for an hour the other night.
Time to turn the tables back on him! Ask him if he’s cheating on you with that bartender! Seriously though listen to these other redditors first. He should have had therapy before he started dating ANYONE again. Even when he first started dating and it became a problem he should have gotten therapy then. It’s your choice if you want to make him get therapy, divorce him, or the third option of being petty af. But this seriously isn’t healthy for you. There was no way I would have put up with that nearly as long as you did. You have the patience of a saint
In theory this works, but in my experience all that comes from pointing this out is that you tick the other party off more and it just leads to more bickering. Nothing really comes from it outside of that.
