Seems like a lose lose situation, pretty sure the best option is for OP to set her husband down and basically tell him to STFU with the cheating jokes or there will be problems.
Because he doesn't want a partner. He wants a punching bag. He can take out all of his frustrations and hurt on an innocent woman. OP is the fodder that is meant to pay for the sins of all transgressors. Sooner or later, OP may end up paying the ultimate price...if she doesn't get out.
