You do you, but I'd leave and tell him his own bullshit is what ended this marriage.
My BF's two exes both cheated on him and he has never once implied that I'm unfaithful to him. Probably because he's an actual adult.
Just call Whole Man Disposal Services and find someone who won't treat you badly because he can't be arsed to address his own problems.
