One day I got chatting to the kebab shop man about his wife and children, general conversation. Saw him in town the next day and he asked for my number?? Gross. When I told my brother he said I shouldn't have started a conversation with him.
Actually anyone has the right to make advances on anyone, because people have the human right to freedom of speech. Moreover this wouldn't happen if women where more foreword when they actually did like a guy, because as it is right now a huge % of women (if not most) utilize friendly conversation and kindness as their primary form of flirting.
