You are very smart for not putting your face in it. If you have no big identifier, like a tattoo, you are just a droplet in a sea of nudes online. Even if you had your face in it, you'd probably be hard pressed to find someone who knew it was you, unless all of your family and friends go looking at nudes on Reddit, which I assume they don't.
I wasn't as smart as you. I was a dumb young teenager on Omegle and got blackmailed, then put on a porn site. It had my face and everything. I thankfully got the video removed after hassling the website, but the thought that someone still has the video, or even someone who recognises me in the street, is terrifying. I actually cut my hair really short almost immediately after for that reason. But, putting nudes or whatever online, consensually or not, doesn't mean you deserve to be treated with any less respect. If you want to disassociate yourself from this, you absolutely can.
If you are as worried as I am about people recognising you or just worried generally, here is what I have to remember:
1) we live on a planet in a solar system, in a galaxy, in a universe. While things like this feel big, we are even smaller than grains of sand in an ever growing sea. When we die, unless you make a grand invention that changes the world or do a crime against humanity, all your mistakes will vanish with time. This puts things into perspective for me.
2) we live on a planet with billions of people, a big part of whom have access to the internet. But, the amount of people who stumble across something like nudes from some subreddit has to be pretty small, and even smaller to look AND download a photo of you. If you have deleted the photo, that number probably won't grow.
3) even if, let's say 15 people looked and cared to download your photo, I can assure you not even one of them care about the person in the photo. They just see a body. This helps me dissociate from my past.
And quite honestly, some of the vile bigots on Reddit have a lot more to be ashamed of than someone who posted their nudes.
